Unifi Controller Login Problem
Skilful morning all. I tried to login to my Unifi Controller and it says my password is invalid however i have been using that password for 2 years now. Any idea what i can do?
Thank you guys. Sadly I had to reset the server.
Followed these steps:
Take you lot tried shutting down the server, replacing:
is_default=false
in your system.properties file with:
is_default=true
This should completely reset the database, including credentials, and put it back to mill defaults.

Looks like your db has crashed. Do y'all have any backup to restore? Perhaps information technology volition solve the problem. Ii weeks ago nosotros couldn't go to the login page and contacted the technical back up and guess what, they told us to reset it the key. No way we figured it out it was the db which had crashed. Restored it with a latest backup. We lost some history but solved it without resetting information technology.

If you get the hotspot manager login and not the controller login no demand for DB OPs just go to the controllerIP:port and that's information technology.
